The white ergonomic handles in the natural design are made of high-quality POM plastic, which is suitable for direct contact with food, has almost zero absorption in humid environments and water, and has good electrical insulating properties. The knives are packed in a padded black box.

Premium S-Art line for fans of Japanese knives

Created in collaboration with artist Reto Bärtschi, who was inspired by Japan, famous for its tradition of swords. The blade of the S-Art knives made of high-quality German steel with a hardness of HRC55±2 is ice-hardened - it stands out for its better corrosion resistance and longer service life. The hard fibreglass handle will not be harmed by cleaning agents. The sushi and sashimi knives have a blade made of knife steel. It is ground on one side only, which makes it possible to cut fish even into very thin pieces. The ergonomic bamboo handle retains its shape even in higher humidity. The knives are packed in an illustrated paper box with Japanese motifs.

Damascus knives for passionate cooks

Their steel is produced in two ways, but the result is the same - 63 layers in one blade. This creates a unique pattern that resembles tree rings. The knife is extremely strong, solid and has a hard edge. At the same time, these are knives that are all-welded. The fiberglass-wrapped handle is extremely hard and will not be harmed by cleaning agents. Damascus knives are packed in luxury wooden boxes lined with black padding.
